Name of charity: Charity of Thomas Robinson Ferens for a Home of Rest at Holderness House (Registered charity number 223669).

The Commission proposes to make a Scheme (a legal document) for this charity.

The Scheme will change the charity’s purposes so that the property can be used as almshouses for its beneficiaries.
